Copying Sitefinity website content

I need my files and applications inside the website? content manager Sitefinity,? copied to another program, so i can use these files to build a new website. The goal is that these files and applications can be imported into a general -for me and other programmers- program, so that they can be edited and understood by programmers. As i have no experience in programing and / or the Sitefinity application, I'm looking for someone who does. This should be a relatively ease job, for experienced users of this website content manager ## Deliverables There is acces to the website content manager Sitefinity. I assume that inside this manager the ? content and application files are acceseble, so they can be copied. This should make the job more easy in my opinion.
