Dealer Order Entry Page

SUMMARY I'd like to setup an order entry page. Dealers would fill in a form and submit it to us. We would control their choices by allowing check boxes & drop down menus. Better for them -- and for us. PROJECT OVERVIEW The project is quite simple in most ways. A dealer / buyer of our products will sign into the system with his userid and password. It will open the order entry page. The dealer will enter how many to make, select a thread color, select a tape color, and tell us what wording they want. They will click the button at the bottom, and this happens: (1) a copy of their order will be stored on the MYSQL database at the server (2) a confirmation copy of their order will be emailed to the dealer (3) An email copy of their order will be sent to us for processing. The Server copy is only for backup at this time. Project Details are at: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform UNIX SERVER, written in MYSQL and PHP.
