Design modification on a Volusion website

[login to view URL] is our website designed for the USA. The website is volusion based. We have mirrored this website on another server, A few modification needs to be done for the European market. Details that need to be changed: The website is now available for everybody(consumers), this must be changed into a website for resellers only. Everything must still be visible for everyone only the prices and the possibility to check out only when logged in. Different resellers will get different prices. This must be set up as well. Prices must be changed in Euros Shipping and billing must be modified for Europe market, I have the details.
