display documents page

I need a page where I can upload documents, and they shall appear nicely on a page like the image that is attached. * I browse for file? * I choose type * I choose area 1. When I upload the file it is uploaded and name of file, tpye, area and upload time is stored in db. 2. They are disaplyed with icon/name/area/time under each type title 3. If two files (or more) with the same area & type are uploaded the older files are indented 4. If a file with the same name is uplaoded it is renamed (adding a [n] before the extension. 5. I see a list of the last 20 uploads on the right hand side 6. I shall be able to click file name or icon to download File types (that need icons): pdf/doc/ppt/xls/jpg/png/gif Types: general/feature/design/clarification/Admin/Sales/Map/Chat/Third party/Other Areas: general/Start/Network/events/profile/forum/transactions/quote request/Apps/Doc_download/News/Groups/Calendar/Search/Seminars/other ## Deliverables (If you can handle it without a db, and store information in a text file that is fine. We are not talking huge amount of data. I am thinking a maximum of 150 files being uploaded.)
