ANTLR 2.7.* AST For Ruby

We are looking for an expert to develop an ANTLR V.2.7.* grammar for Ruby. The develivery will be a .G (grammar) file that produces a C# code for building an AST from given Ruby code. The AST should be as similar to our existing AST as possible. Exact details attached. Please answer only workers with ANTLR experience.
