Create an Oscommerce Newsletter module with extra features

We have an Oscommerce installation with several customized modules already installed. The default Oscommerce newsletter module is not that good. So we want you to create and install a newsletter module whereby we create an html page and using the newsletter module we want to send the newsletter once every month to about 40,000+ customers that are already there on our database. The other features we want are as follows: 1) Small Box on the Catalog page so that customers visiting our wesbite can subscribe to Newsletter by just adding there Email ID. This should be saved as different from Customers as customers DB will have lot more details. When a newsletter subscriber wants to register as a full member for placing order, then the registration page ( [login to view URL] ) should not say that the email is already in our database. 2) The email newsletter we send should have the unsubscibe link with a statement. 3) The email newsletter should have a format which mentions the customer name and his username (his email ID) Ex : Dear Andrew, if you can not see the newsletter then please click here: Clicking which they should be able to go to our website where the Newsletter is posted on our server. Also it should display the points they have currently.(using the points module that is already installed.) 4) Wish list 5) Tell a friend Any other features, you may add.
