DESIGN/ DEVELOP/ PROGRAM/ SECURE

My website is an on-line portfolio webhosting service for talent focusing solely on one the state of Florida. We went 'live' about 7 months ago. We have a basic search, meaning you can look for the basic categories (models, dancers, actors and a bunch more) and in every category there is a secondary search, such as male/ female. On their personal compcard/ portfolio page, they can up to 4 pictures and a small video. Furthermore we have a casting board which is a basic phpbb forum (not customized to the website) and a blog (also not customized) This is what I need to get done: The homepage is in the style I like and I need 5 template pages to be updated to have the same look and feel. I would like the blog and the forum (castingboard) to be redesigned to match the rest of the look and feel of the site. The links page redesigned (it's phpbb too) Here comes the bigger work: I need the search to be broadened, just like [login to view URL] we have all the different variables in the MySQL database. I would like a shout box like [login to view URL] integrated somewhere on the homepage maybe...to be linked to another page. I would like the phpbb forum to become partly locked and only visible to paying members I would like a program so I can send sms textmessages to members, notifying them of new castings. I would like paying members to have their personal email address: their name at [login to view URL] So I would need a new section on the homepage for members to log in to their email accounts I would also like them to be able to use this address to send emails from. Furthermore I would need a new join now section for agencies/ managers so they will have their own section. I would like paying members to have their username in our url so: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] . At this time the urls are way too long and with numbers. I would like the login to their profiles and the login to the castingboard to be the same if possible. If this is not possible I would like to figure something else out. I would like it when the response system is something like [login to view URL] so the members can't see the email of the casting directors and their e-mails are being send through the miamitalent server Furthermore there are a couple of small things I would like to have changed, but I am not for sure yet, but I would like to discuss things with you. We also had some security issues, so I would like you to make sure our site is protected against intruisions. I know it's a long list. I would like to discuss things in personal, I am looking for someone who has experience with these type of websites. I am based in Miami, but visiting NYC at the moment, so in a perfect world you would be living in either one of those places, but that would be the ideal situation. I really would like someone who can dedicate his/her time to this project to finish it in a timely matter and who can think with me/ give me suggestions and who might be interested in working with us longterm.
