hi, i have done several projects on AWS and MWS. You can check my completed work on freelancer also, most of it is amazon services. Also i have developed a tool to download order data from ecommerce sites like amazon,ebay,sears,new egg etc. i can assure you that i can do this. I will develop an application which will run continuosly in task bar and you can set time frequency to fetch new orders. although the job will take 3 days max, i am putting a bid of 5 days for now. you just have to put your amazon API credentials in the app to make it work. -regards
