Hello, I represent a team of designers and developers. I can make your script, but I need more information: were will you be using that script? how will it gather information? All trackers are not same so script can use one or couple of those trackers, but definitely it can not handle all websites. Please, provide more information, so I can put a real price for this project.

I've developed similar projects in the past, using Python. The idea is to query some popular torrent sites for top or popular items, get the torrent, and transfer it for utorrent or other program/library to handle the download without user intervention. The sites to be queried are fixed (I have to code specially for each one) but you'll be able to configure the categories to query. I will deliver: * the requested tool for downloading popular torrent files * the corresponding setup program for installing / uninstalling the program * complete source code in Python * compatible with Windows XP up to Windows 8.1 (the later in "desktop" mode). Can be made to work on Linux too, if you prefer. * and of course, complete support for installing and using it I'm a professional Python coder, and I've been working with Python for more than ten years. Please disregard the milestone below, I cannot remove it nor fix its value, it's a bug in the site. Should read Complete project = ₹50000.
