There are a few buttons when pressed are to do some math calculations. There are some errors in the formula that the previous programmer used. They need to be corrected. I can give the FTP/cPanel info etc. Once on the website the following instructions will make more sense: SAVE CHANGES Takes the information for each job (row), saves it and does the calculation for the DUE column. The SAVE CHANGES does NOT touch the TNP OWES/CONTRACTOR OWES/NOTARY OWES. If you CALCULATE PAY and then SAVE CHANGES, again the TNP OWES/CONTRACTOR OWES/NOTARY OWES should not be touched. CALCULATE PAY Takes the TNP OWES/CONTRACTOR OWES/NOTARY OWES and adds it to the numbers in the DUE column that are checked. CALCULATE PAY After you CALCULATE PAY two or three buttons come up: 1. PAY NOW 2. PROCESS JOB (JOB should be JOBS) 3. RECEIVE PAY PAY NOW Zero's out the amount TNP OWES and the Job Row Data is saved (such as the Date Paid is saved) PROCESS JOB The amount remains the same for TNP OWES/CONTRACTOR OWES/NOTARY OWES therefore that does not get touched. and the Job Row Data is saved (such as the Date Paid is saved) RECEIVE PAY Zero's out the amount CONTRACTOR OWES/NOTARY OWES and the Job Row Data is saved (such as the Date Paid is saved)
