CSCart csv import for Variations

Write either a standalone program or an add-in for CScart to import products including their variations. Currently the CScart product import will only import the parent product. I need an import routine that will also allow for an import of the variations of the product (size, color, style, etc.) this would include the settings for the product variation (checklist or radio check, etc.) image import, sku, and inventory level. CScart has offered this as an addin for $300 .. I know my freelancers can do better than that...
