CakePHP design

I need a simple CakePHP system. Admin and User interface. The admin interface can change the details of the advertised apartments, the user interface will allow reserving the apartments. No user interface needed, just simple views User -->> Bookings -->> Apartments -->> Facilities User properties: Name Age Booking properties: Start time & End time (1 hour increments) Date Apartment User Apartment properties: Name Address Photo Logic: Ability to block specific times and days to disallow booking Ability to book in advance No user interface needed, just simple views.
