Completion of step 0 technlogy for ticket site

For a travel ticket website we are looking for someone to complete the entire project which includes implementing a step 0 technology being able for customers to directly start booking their tickets from multiple websites, also for us being able to change design templates. Depending on the bid acceptance there could be an option that we are outsourcing the entire website project with options for other web projects to follow. Designs have already been made. After bid acceptance we will forward exact information. Payment will be provided after the project has been tested and approved. The selected candidate must sign the document description after the bid has selected for approval being able to build this within the time frame.
