Conversion of site from PHP to MVC using codeIgniter

I had previously posted this job but after hiring someone felt that perhaps I wasn't clear enough in my request. I need someone that can look at the existing php application/code,. and convert it to MVC using codeIgniter with little or no help from me. The issue is that I do not have time to do this myself, or I would, that also means I do not have time to go over the code with you line by line. The system has a front end and a back end, both need converted to MVC, in addition, here are my main requirements: - Use CodeIgnitor framework. - You are to convert the code on the site to MVC, keeping the existing layout of pages as much as possible. - Do not remove or add any functionality to the system. It is to work as it is designed. - Must use existing database WITHOUT any modifications. - All HTML tables are to be removed and replaced with DIV formatting (dont worry about the formatting, i will handle this later) - Current default menu screen, use jquery accordion for the display, use jquery calendar for any date fields. - ALL Div’s must be assigned classes that can be formatted using a css (again, don't worry about the css, that will be handled later) - Must be 99% defect free. - Must be secure code!! Must not have any vulnerabilities such as sql injections, xsite scripting,etc, use framework libraries to validate and scrub data before inserting to database. - You will be developing off of a development database, note that the actual system will have MULTIPLE restaurant records and the system will need to be able to pull up a restaurant by passing an id, currently it is like [login to view URL], if we could get the urls to show [login to view URL] that would be great, but if not, that’s not a big deal we can live with [login to view URL] Please review the front end: [login to view URL] and admin: [login to view URL] Please review completely and let me know if you have any questions. In your response, please answer the following: 1) How much experience do you have with codeIgniter/MVC - give me at least 1 example site 2) How long do you think it will take you to complete this project? 3) Are you a individual or a team? 4) What potential road blocks do you see in converting an existing PHP app to MVC In addition, you will be required to SIGN a non-compete/disclosure and a contract. If you can not do this, please do not bid on this project. I am looking for an execptional programmer or team that I can keep an ongoing relationship with.
