Create Registration Page and Credit Card Process Integration

I need a web designer/programmer to integrate a registration page and credit card process API into our conference website. The site is built in wordpress. The design of the page will have the look and feel of the site and all of the content is ready to be supplied. I've attached a sample of the registration process. Can you please review the credit card process information from [login to view URL] and let me know if you're comfortable working with it. Have you integrated the api from [login to view URL] for other clients? Also need changing the color of a button on the home page, the language on the header to say February 21 and February 22, 2013, and adding 3 button links on the top right corner of the home page.
