The Project CirkelIn is an entrepreneur and is about to launch a new and different form of video conference. For that reason is that we need to develop a technical platform working together with the main site/interface and different databases as outlined in Appendix 1. The assignment does not include the Interface/site or the databases, because we have entered into contracts with other providers. The functionalities for the technical platform are listed in Appendix 2. We are aware of, that most of the functionalities are open source, so a part of the assessment is to find and combine them in the most effective way in respect to functionalities and cost.
