Create 'video tube' page for How To (tech) videos

I need a '.tv' page for how to/tech videos Attractive, clean interface. Should be inviting to the end-user. Must be very intuitive and easy to use. Should use existing [login to view URL] to maintain uniform appearance with the rest of the site. Feature video screen near the top of page body. Video menu with up to 20 smaller video thumbnails (number should be configurable). If one clicks on thumbnail, this video will appear in large feature video window. Video that comes up by default when the main page is loaded should rotate, and we should be able to configure what videos rotate here when the page is refreshed. We should be able to set it up to use the master playlist. Or an alternate playlist. Or to prioritize based on the most popular videos. Needs to track # of views -- bring this in from YouTube? 3D 'video menu' plugin for JW player (or whatever player is chosen) that shows/suggests more videos to be watched once one has completed. (usually on the main video player screen after the video ends, shows 6 or 9 video thumbnails of related/suggested videos. Must function multiplatform. Windows, Linux, Mac, Blackberry, Droid, iPhone, iPad - needs to be equally usable from full screen computers and mobile devices. Flash and HTML5 support. - Latest flash video technology including in-video linking and detection of older browsers to auto-switch back to older flash video version if needed. I have a JW player license but can also use something else if it's a better fit. Videos need to be able to be organized by category, on left with 'tree menu' and ability to subcategorize multiple levels Searchable by title, description, category, keywords, subcategory. Allow for unique URLs for each video with proper META tags, utilizing the above information for the page Meta description, title, keywords, etc. SEO Optimized - should use video title as url, lower case with underscores separating words, and omitting common connecting words that are not keywords (it, the, of, etc). Should allow us to override this automatically generated URL if we choose to and enter our own hard coded url. The playlist needs to be simple to update to add new videos. Admins have an easy interface we can use to manage the video list, including the path to the video (hosted on YouTube), it's title, description, keywords, category, etc. I'd like to be able to enter this information manually and hard code these settings to a video. However if possible, I'd also like to be able to NOT HAVE TO enter this data, but to have the page pull all of this in directly from the YouTube listing where we've likely already done the work of entering it all. My suggestion is to use a MySql database and create a form (or forms if needed) for content management Docs- If the admin form is super-intuitive then maybe separate docs aren't needed. The player, if the user chooses to watch a stream of videos automatically just using the default playlist, should allow optional short filler videos to be rotated in on a random basis. For instance, we should be able to have a separate playlists of these 'commercials' that when enabled, it would play one of these in between each video in the normal playlist. I want to be able to enable/disable this. Code can be html or php. I'm open to other possiblities if it makes sense and meets all of the above goals. Just need to make sure it doesn't restrict usability from users due to a proprietary language, plugin needed, etc. We currently run PHP 5.2.13 and MySQL 5.1.56. Page and infrastructure must be scalable to support one thousand videos, and one thousand concurrent users. Probably won't ever grow beyond that. Should be fast and responsive even at that maximum capacity however. ***IMPORTANT*** I need to see similar pages you've designed before I can commit to offering this job to you.
