A Database of Websites That Are Looking for Guest Bloggers

Hi, it's James Martell here. I am hoping to find someone who can assist me in compiling a list of websites in the topics below who are accepting guest blog posts. I am not sure about what would be the best method of doing this. It may be needed to be done manually, but I am open to suggestions.
