Device fingerprinting to ban abusers from accessing website

Hi I need to develop this ban option for my website users i want to do fingerprint their computers as per links provided below including vpn and proxy detection. Please write a script store this unique key in database give me option to deny this user by banning this unique device key even if he is using proxy or vpn.
