Google Map - city position and size

A google map program/interface that can create a map with markers: **1. input:** *excel or CSV* - list of lots of cities in china with a NUMBER for all cities **2. output:** *Map with marker for each city.* Markers size should vary with the NUMBER. (big number - big marker size, small number - small number size) Should be able to use the program over and over.
