Copy site from one server to another (upgraded server)

My site is on my server which is slow and needs moving to a faster server. What I require: 1) Copy all the files over to the new server (wordpress and cubecart) 2) Configure/Assist with the new SSL 3) Setup the emails to the new server with forwarders (approx 10) 4) Turn off store before we do the sync of the database to avoid duplicate orders You can do 1 to 3 straight away, but point 4 needs to be done late at night to avoid loosing orders.
