Basically Finished Main Layout Need 4 Subpages made from PSD sketches

I need someone to finish making subpages for a layout which is basically finished, i have it in HTML and CSS, there is 4 pages that need to be made from PSD section, most sections of the design are finished the rest are very simple aspects shown in the PSD sketches with an external CSS file with all style, the html and css files must be validated according to W3C standards and must appear the same in Safari, FireFox, and Internet Exporer and must look precisely like the .PSD file… The text on the page should be properly marked up without any tables, using Heading, Paragraph tags and etc., must only use div coding with clean code with all style attributes in an external css file. Images must not be used for text unless I specify, or you ask and I approve. The code must be clean if viewed with out style the page should have all of it s text there.
