Custom toolbar development.

There is part I to extract text from [login to view URL] There is part II to send that text to email as SMS. Browser extensions might be the a good solution. We're open to suggestions. | | ## Deliverables Part I 1. Take a look here: [login to view URL] 2. Click on "Staff View" button for "Music lessons" 3. Click on [ appointment pending confirmation][1] 4. We need to extract this appointment information in SMS friendly (less than 140 characters) format. 5. The script should be running all the time and should show a little window (1/6th of the screen or less) with current appointment text for SMS. Let's call it SMS window. The SMS window should be movable on the screen, located in top right corner by default. 6. SMS window should have a drop down menu with a list of emails and a "Send" button. 7. A user should be able to press a send button and SMS should be sent to the currently selected email from drop down menu. 8. [login to view URL] will be used to send those emails. So set it up using those settings. 9. Once the SMS is sent we go to part II at the same time. Part II. 1. Take a look here: [login to view URL] 2. Click on "Staff View" button for "Home service" 3. Click on "Setup Center" (in the left button corner of the screen) 4. Click on "Personnel Summary" 5. There will be a list of personnel that will be "not active", except one schedule. 6. Choose personnel record name that has the same first and last name as in drop down menu of SMS window. 7. Click "Edit" 8. Change Status from "not active" to "active" 9. Click Save 10. Go back to the appointment that is being sent by clicking Appointment ->"Search" (located on the left side in the middle of the screen), then using a confirmation number from SMS window and clicking "search" button. 11. Click a "reschedule" button. 12. Click "preferences" tab. 13. Choose personnel that's matching first and last name of drop down menu of SMS window. 14. Click "check availability" 15. Click on the same exact appointment time. (if appointment time is not available, choose the nearest one and create a popup warning, that appointment was saved not to the same time spot and show what time spot it was saved on) 16. Uncheck check box "Send notification e-mail " 17. Click Save 18. Repeat steps 3-7 of Part II 19. Change Status from "active" to "not active" 20.
