Customized, multi lingual, multi currency, E-commerce with real time integration into Quickbooks Pro/Filemaker

Customized, multi lingual, multi currency E commerce store/stores with real time integration into Quickbooks Pro/Filemaker. The E Store Customization to reflect within Quickbooks Pro and Filemaker and Filebooks. (Filebooks is a plug in allowing Quickbooks and Filemaker can share information) Activate & integrate the plug in or connection from the E-commerce store to Quickbooks and filemaker. (all to be adaptable to Quickbook Pro 2005 and version updates, and filemaker version updates) **Note:****US based company- must show USD in Quickbooks for tax purposes.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The working program to be fully functioning on the designated server (the server to be finalized by the coder and buyer). The program to be tested by the coder 5) **BUYER** can run tests on the actual working program on the finalized server designated by the buyer. 6)Tech Support to be offered for at least 3 months 3 hours a week after project- **terms or** payment of tech support to be part of original quote. 7) Questions to Programmer to be answered prior to (before) acceptance of project **Questions to you the programmer:** I am interested to understand how you propose to create these multiple stores with sensitive to who is logging in depending on the store. Please email me how you propose to do this? Do you suggest the E-store be hosted on one server and the Quickbooks/Filemaker/ Filebooks on another for security? If so please recommend those two companies? Why do you suggest this company? How many hours of training will be required for **the buyer** to learn the new system thoroughly? Will the training be offered by you? Have you created E commerce stores before and are you familiar with Quick Books and Filemaker? Will **the buyer** have the flexibility to add and arrange fields if needed? Will you be available **for** continuing Tech support as needed? For how long? What do you estimate the **potential** tech support hours needed in the beginning, to work out any bugs or questions that may arise? How often are maintenance and security updates required for such a system **(monthly, yearly?)** Will you be the one to make these updates? What is your relationship with **the buyer** once you have completed the project, and successfully trained the staff? The platform for this project, to be agreed upon by buyer and coder prior to acceptance of project.
