Code Igniter Developer

I am looking for someone who is familiar with Codeigniter and HMVC, preferably FuelCMS module development as well. I am developing modules for the FuelCMS system and would like to have an implementation of the following libraries within a module: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like one module to serve another module on another installation (separate servers). Requests and responses should be using CURL and in the JSON format. Also I would like the server library extended to allow verification by IP address as this is not intended to be a public-facing API. An admin controller should allow the addition/removal of IP addresses for the API server. I will expect this can be done in 2 to 5 days depending on the size of your team and familiarity with the systems.
