You will be providing source code, documentation and the completed version in an installation package. The program is to be created in Visual Basic 6.0 using Microsoft Access as the DB. The program will include a Point Of Sale, Time Clock, Marketing, Payroll, History, Payables, Job Quotes, Estimating, Canned Jobs, Scheduling, Invoicing, Inventory, Financials Report, Accounting and Reminders functionability as well as others. You will be given a download location for a program that has the functionility I want. You can duplicate the program but you cannot copy it. The user interface must be visually appealing. I do not want to use standard controls. There are some nice controls on PSC that can be used or modified. I have a rather large collection of ActiveX controls you can use if you need them. I would like to keep this project around $3000 but am open to suggestions. The source code must be commented! I am an intermediate level VB programmer so I'm going to need to manage the code should I decide to change something. I will have all rights to the entire package. You must not resell the source code or program. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. As well as documentation. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
