COM Object that takes snapshot of web page like rendered in IE

I need the development of a COM Object that performs what HTML2JPG does ([login to view URL]): take a snapshot of webpage like it would rendered in IE based upon the specified window size and save it as a JPEG (quality of the JPEG and the name of the file; and its output directory; are also a parameter) The component may not rely on a GUI as it is going to be called from a service Here is the additional requirement: when a page can be scrolled down in the specified resolution, then it should take it for the complete length of the page. The same applies to horizontal scrolling. ## Deliverables 1) Documented and complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows (preferably VB6)
