Dialing Utility

1-Agent / 4-Line System PREPARATION: · Import capability ACT!2003. · Assign customers to groups. (i.e. CactusJack's Clients) · Be able to create custom scripts to guide me through the call. · Build form letters, faxes and emails. · Create voice files to leave automated messages. CONTACT: · Want to use a dialogic or pitka board so my computer will rapidly dial numbers on my list until it gets an answer. · If I get a live person, I want to be instantly connected. My marketing script and customer information needs to pop up immediately. · If an answering machine or voice mail picks up, I want to be able to leave a pre-recorded automated message. Once the message starts playing, I want my computer to begin dialing on the next available line. I also want to be able to leave a personal message if I so desire. · If I get an automated system or a live attendant, I want to be able to navigate through the phone system to find who I am trying to reach, such as with a keypad. · I want to be able to Update client information during the call in ACT!2003. · I want to be able to send a fax or email to the customer, even while I am speaking to them! By calling up a prepared document from word. · I want to be able to schedule callbacks easily and automatically. · When I receive inbound calls, I want the system to immediately display the appropriate customer's information using Caller ID. · If I’m not available, I want the software to function as an answering machine. (Optional) FOLLOW-UP: · Print contact history on demand. · Review calls to prepare improved scripts. · View reports to analyze performance. This is basically a utility that will be the engine for the card and will interface with ACT. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform VB
