Add Facebook Like Popup with timer to close the popup (in opencart vQmod)

Hi, I am Opencart developer and I can add this popup. But it will be hardcoded script and you will get no options in admin to Enable/Disable it or any other fields. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Harsh
