Adjustment of web page

Hi there, I have a relatively simple task that I need completing asap. I have a Magento site....[login to view URL], that is selling e-cigarettes in Australia. Despite spending a lot of money on a photoshoot (model and products) I am still unhappy with the concept and layout. Although the branding has to stay (we are heavily invested in the merchandise) I feel that the homepage is too dark/gothic and not fulfilling its potential and needs adjustment. We attempted to play on the in vogue 'Great Gatsby' theme but I feel like we missed the mark (and with it a target audience) and have been told this could be having a detrimental effect on our potential sales. I have a couple of marketing friends in London that are helping me with the new look and feel but I require an experienced web designer to liase with them to get it right. We are just about to apply an expensive SEO Campaign and need this completing ASAP. So basically the project will involve updating the homepage and a couple of other pages...such as 'Why Vape' (which looks very bland). We are generally happy with the product pages.
