Basic PHP/HTML/CSS site and design.

Site is Nautica Syndicate dot com. Site will include 5 main pages, Site Map and navigational bar, and a "get a free quote now" sign up form. For the gallary page I would like to use some type of small CMS or passably use Joomla or Word press for the entire site. SEO friendly and user friend ability is something that needs to be taken into consideration. If you have no SEO experience you need not apply. As far as the site design goes im open to idea's or you can use the same theme that is already there. If you would like to send me mock ups id be happy to look through them. My Budget for this job is 100$ I think this is more then fair. If you think Joomla is the way to go im all ears. If you think Word press is the way to go, I am also open to that. Witch ever the solution budget needs to remain under 100$ if the job is done right fast and efficient im willing to throw in a bonus. ## Deliverables Please be advised If i do decide to go with an suggestion such as Joomla or Word press, i am full capable of installing and or editing. You will not be required to do anything other then make the site and install(considering its wordpress or joomla. If it is just a basic html/css/php site i can install this my self) it. attached you will find a mock up for logos. As of now i tend to like #4 from the top.
