Basic php page to update records using an API

We need a page on a wordpress CMS site for our client to send out to their clients to let them update their details within the Zoho Recruit CRM. We need a page with two forms on it. The first form will ask for an "Candidate ID" and an "Email ID". This will then check their API (all documentation on here [login to view URL]) using the getRecords function, and the 'search condition' will be the email ID entered. If the email address is found, then the page will need to check that the candidate ID supplied on the previous form matches that in the API. If the candidate ID does not match, then the form is loaded without any of the fields filled out. If the candidate ID DOES match, then the form is loaded from the API with all their existing details in the system and they can then update and change anything before resubmitting the form. Our client is getting very angry at us, so I need someone who can do this over the next 24 hours. I will be awarding this project to the first person who applies for it at a good price as this work is very urgent.
