Bootstrap CRM theme needed

I am looking for talented and dedicated to his job individual who has superb understanding of Bootstrap and has created multiple themes for Bootstrap UI platform. I also require a portfolio to see some previous Bootstrap related work. I am looking for a modern and minimalistic Boostrap based dashboard to be used in Invoice/CRM web-ware. The colors are primarily blue, white, grey or others as long as there is blue that matches the logo in my profile image. Attached is the primary example of what I want it to look like and what color pallet you can go by. I do not care if you use either Gradient based theme such as in [login to view URL] or if you use Flat UI based theme such as in the 2nd image. Ones more I would like to see portfolio with some UI concepts related to Dashboards or related.
