I need to build Arabic website similar to those websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Initial requirements: - A native Arabic speaker to do this job is required. - Very easy to control and update. - No bugs, ads, or pictures. - The web open very fast with a slow speed internet. - Customer can log in to their account to check their order. - Guarantee to edit and change if needed for 3 month- After sales service. - Make 6 forms for a customers who looking for a service, with too heavy upload feature for each form. - Send the quote price with the PayPal link to the customer to complete payment. - The web will contain about 20 pages. Each page is too long. - One week to complete the job, and another week to complete any other comments. Details requirements and instructions will be provided. No Payments will done till I see the web completely finished, ranked well in search engine.
