Build Custom Open Cart Website (from Theme)

This project involves building a custom website around an Open Cart theme that I have selected for a brand of premium electronic cigarettes. Content is available to reuse for the site from a previous version that was unsuccessful and cost approximately $3,000. Some of the images and text will need to be edited and improved for this site (Some Photoshop skill will most likely be required). An expert in Open Cart is required for this project to be successful and the better you are the higher the sales will become once the website is advertised (which will benefit you at a later date - see maximum budget note) Strong attention to detail, design skill and proficiency in English is a must. Current website must be backed up, and Open Cart + Theme should be reinstalled correctly before work commences (few minutes work before we begin) We can chat on Skype before work commences and I have a word document containing more details. _____________________________________ Please Note: THE MAXIMUM BUDGET FOR THIS WORK IS $250 As a result of the large expenses for the site so far, funds are limited, and this work must be done for a maximum of $250. In return for the relatively low fee, the designer will be noted on the site and you may use the work as a portfolio piece as well as the potential to receive a portion of sales, up to a maximum amount that we can discuss later.
