Build an online e-commerce store

I have an idea of the type of store that I would like in mind, and would prefer an ultracart integrated store using [login to view URL] Github shows different checkout options, but really only 1 is needed, not three. I am however open to using different shopping carts, magento, and paid hosted ones as well. I do not have a lot of products in my inventory, really small quantity as it's not really focused on thousands of items like many ecommerce stores. Some features that I would however need are: Credit card integration with NMI gateway as well as stripe payment gateway. When order is received an email is sent to fulfillment at least 1x a day, or two way integration with fulfillment center using their API. Ability to easily A/B test pages - Going to use Visual Website Optimizer Adding html add to cart buttons ex: [login to view URL] (not sure if this is possible with many carts) Easily customizable receipt pages for design and tracking Single page checkout + possible account creation later Affiliate tracking (whether direct or through third party) Would like full pci compliance I honestly feel that I need to discuss with you further and show you examples of stores that I do like so we can get closer to what would be ideal. You need to be a super reliable. Also ensure that you are capable of doing the work, half complete is the same to me as incomplete.
