Build out of certain features for therapists pyshcologytoday.com website clone

We actually may need web development services, as our current web developer has bailed on us unfortunately and are stuck without one in a tight deadline. We have most of the website done, but still have other key parts to still develop. We have a designer who does CSS and HTML. We just need a programmer to build out the rest of the website so we can complete this project. Everything is custom coded and developed from the ground up using PHP. It needs to be a website similar to [login to view URL] It basically is a clone website, with some different features to it tho. Here are some Key points that we still need: Key: Therapist = Registered User Parents= Unregistered User Credit Card Authorization - [login to view URL] Unregistered user can email registered users in which the owners can track the emails sent to the registered users, however the owners will be able to view the email as it will have confidential information Calendar Availability which the registered user can set (Hours and Minutes )to show unregistered their availability. However they will have an option to enter multiple times in one day (i.e. Monday: 8:00am-12:0pm, 3:00-6:00pm, Tuesday: 12:00pm – 5pm) Add button "public profile" when therapist makes to edit so they can see changes before It goes live.
