Building a dynamic website

I’m looking to obtain 3 separate websites that are basically built around 1 primary platform or structure.  The websites are: handyman service bidding, construction business to business bidding, and the third is a freight bidding website.  Please make sure your bid includes a fully functional website including the site designing. Below is the scope of the handyman site. Handyman and automotive website User set up page – • User name • Password • Email • Address • Contact number • Upload profile pic – optional o Under the user edit section Be able to enter in handyman feedback scoring method on finished jobs – the handyman rating system will be visible to all the user’s and contractors Contractor set up page • User name • Password • Company name • Insured – yes, no o If yes, describe how • Certified – yes, no o If yes what’s the certification • Address • Years experience • How far are you willing to travel • Type of Handyman – select from dropdown menu • Description of who you are and what you do • Upload up to 15 photos o Under the handyman edit section Be able to enter in customer (user) feedback scoring method on finished jobs – the customer (user) rating system will be visible to all the user’s and contractors • Payment methods – cash, check, money order, certified check, credit cards (which ones) Main page • show listing of open jobs by ending soonest – by able to reorganize by location, job category • show handyman category listing – click on a specific category listing and then it shows all the open jobs for that listing by ending soonest, • need a my profile link • section where users can pull up handyman listing by area (zip codes) with then click and go into handyman’s profile User’s profile page • display the following information o user profile pic link that will pull up user’s additional posted pics - if any o zip code location (do not display the user’s address) o display a listing of all open, WIP, closed bids click on any of the bids and it goes into the bid details show bid date created how much time is left on bid before it can be awarded if in WIP or closed stage post which contractor was awarded the bid o display user rating from contractors Handyman (Contractor) display page • User name • Company name • Address • Insured – yes, no o If yes, describe how • Certified – yes, no o If yes what’s the certification • How far are you willing to travel • Type of Handyman skills from the handyman skill categories • Description of who you are and what you do • Upload up to 15 photos • Do you have own a public shop • Years experience • Display contractor ratings and feedback from users • Acceptable payment methods Posting a job or bid • Upload pictures of the project • Description of the job being posted – I’d like unlimited characters • Location of the job (zip code only) – Residential or business location • Open or closed bidding • How long the bid will stay open • Payment method – cash, check, money order, credit card • Project completion date A displayed bid • pictures of the project • Description of the job • Location of the job (zip code only) – Residential or business location • Open or closed bidding • How long the bid will stay open • Payment method – cash, check, money order, credit card • Project completion date • Link to bid on project • Link to send user a message (this would be used to communicate with user on obtaining more bid details) • Link to watch a bid Bidding on Project • Contractors must be signed in to bid on job • Enter the proposed bid • Enter in a written description of the bid proposal • Estimated time to complete the proposed project • When contractor is available to start project My bids – User’s • Listing of all open, wip, closed bids • Need to be able to edit an open bid – extend the bidding time, change project requirements, o Might actually create a bid revision if project scope has changed If project scope has changed then message will be sent to all contractors that have placed a bid on the project so they can resubmit a bid with the new project scope o User needs to be able to award a project to the winning contractor My bids – contractors • Show a listing of all the bids they have submitted by open, wip, finished or closed projects, watched bids • Show a listing of all the messages they have sent users on website   Construction business to business bidding This site I’m envisioning will be VERY similar to the handyman site.  The major difference would be that when you post a project you can set up default suppliers for that project category.  An example would be a general contractor is building a project for an office building to be built from ground up.  When the general uploads the plumbing portion of the project the sub plumbing contractors that they have defaulted will be notified that the project is ready for bid.   The general can also post it to the general public for bid as well.     The freight website Companies would post a load on the site and giving freight companies the opportunity to bid on the load.  It would also allow freight companies to post that they have a truck/trailer in the area so that various companies know that a freight company is available.  I general freight details would include pick up location with zip code, freight type (refer, flat bed, box trailer, etc), destination zip code, who will unload the freight, total loaded miles.  There might be more information required on the freight details.
