CRUD Operations with jquery ajax - repost

i need a registration page. server side validation via ajax data entered will collect user information fields are validated from model meta data via ajax no client side validation controls to be used. on submit a success alert will be shown to user, your request has been submitted. i need this be done using asp.net form operation using jquery ajax submit and validation applied. please do not use update panel use jquery all over. demonstrate existing samples if you have already done this.
