Changes to the existing website

We have a website which shares ready to use home floor plans and designs in India. The site has been developed in Jan 2011 and following this it has been revised twice. The current site has a backend to itself for constant addition of information, i.e. its a CMS based site. Now I need few more additions to the existing site which are below: 1. To add google adsense 2. Add youtube link on landing page 3. Downloads section on landing page 4. LAnding page text content to be changed 5. Add the sitemap 6. Landing page Description and Heading to be written 7. Landing page to have contact us form 8. Landing page needs to have a display space for our contact number and email id. 9. Register for membership - slider on the side of the website needs to be added 10. Landing page should also have space for displaying special offers on few home plans. 11. [login to view URL] The backend of this page to have numbering system so that we can organise the images in proper order. 12. [login to view URL] Each home plan displayed here needs to have some more information other than just code number, i.e. SHP - 1001. The additional information will be No. of bedroom, no. of bathroom & area of the house. 13. [login to view URL] The regular home plan search has to be modified. 14. [login to view URL] On the download page the needs to be top space for shouting out about free downloads.
