Chat Rooms, New Profile Options, Career Encyclopedia, Sample Resumes

I am looking for a truly high quality programming company who can add the following features to an existing website that is built on a Yii framework. It is a networking website where users who are looking for a job and from a specific background can create a profile that potential employers/companies can search to find the potential employees that they are looking for. What I need completed is about 7 chat rooms added where users would create a chat room name that they can chat with each other in a live chat room. The users would be displayed on the far left or right side of the chat room. The chat room conversation would be saved on the website going back to about one week. So when users leave the chat room and come back, the previous conversations going back one week are still on the chat room. Chat room users would have the ability to privately message each other but users would also have the ability to turn off receiving private messages. Another addition added is an ability for potential members to create a different profile if they are not looking for jobs. This profile would allow them to use the chat room and post edits in other pages of the website but not have a full profile created. The next addition is to have a page where I can upload various new career overviews where I can add these on my own but also users would have the option to edit my postings based on my approval of their additions/changes. Underneath these career overviews would also be a place where users can make comments to the overview. The next addition is to create a function where companies who have a username and password have the ability to post announcements to their company page. This would cause their company profile to move to the top of the page. Please put the word basketball in your response to show that you've read this message completely. These announcements would also be funneled to the homepage where a live announcements feed would be posted on the top of the page, similar to a live Facebook/Twitter streaming feed. Potential programmers must show the ability to work successfully with some form of a social networking website where people create profiles that are part of a large profile database. The overall factors in deciding what programming company to use will be a combination of quality, cost, and time it will take to complete the project. I would rather pay more to have the project completed sooner, but it has to be HIGH QUALITY. The main components are chat rooms, resume database, additional profile options, career encyclopedia, and other small add-ons.
