Consumer Credit Auditor Website Repair

We are looking for someone to correct some errors on a website, with potential of more work after the initial changes. This site is in php. We access our site through .com or extensions aka .com/derek. The extensions have modified contact info, some of which flows into the forms. There are forms that auto fill our contact info and contract package. We e-mail copies of the contact info to ourselves and the agents and have contact management software that parses this into our CM/ auto responder. The contract form should collect customer info and send it to us. Then it should collect payment info, pre authorize the initial payment, fill out the printable contract form for the client, send us a notification and store a copy on the server. The first project is to get the contract working properly. The following needs to be done: 1) we need the info e-mailed to us after the first step. 2) The desired payment dates and selected amounts need to be inserted and calculated on the contract. 3) change the fax # on the contract The next step will be to implement of coupon codes. These will need to be shown and calculated on the contract.
