Convert a Template to a Website - Open Cart, Custom Lightbox, Responsive Design

We require a developer / designer with experience in PHP, HTML 5 and CSS 3 to turn our PSD into an OpenCart theme for version 2 Our management having a background in website development will be able to help with required questions. The website will require a custom product lightbox to allow the users to add products to their cart via this view. The modifications to the sites PHP are minimal (however we will discuss this more in detail during the interview process) We are looking for fast and excellent results on this project, our management also own an IT company outsourcing many other projects, so the selected applicant may get future work based on these results. It is critical that this is built in v1.5.6.4 as this is what our API works with and other additional payment methods work with. We are looking for results ASAP and would prefer working with an individual not an agency and require that we are shown progress throughout the entire project. Looking forward to your forthcoming application and bid, this will be awarded on price and previous experience, however newbies are welcome. This website must be mobile responsive, we have also created a PSD for this, in total there are 3 PSD's (more maybe added but we will negotiate the price with the selected applicant) Ideally we would like to integrate with SwipeHQ however their plugin only supports up to 1.5.6.4 and we would like the site to be running version 2.
