Convert a Template to a Website 5 pages

I need a frontend developer that can convert a PSD into a working website. Total consists of 5 pages. We can supply you with a technical description and the PSD. CMS is optional although not required. Section Descriptions: Homepage (Section 1) In the homepage header, the visitor can view different scenario’s (3 at the moment) which rotate every 10 seconds. The visitor can navigate through these scenarios by using the white navigation dots, through mouse clicks, or by swiping when visiting on a mobile device or tablet. The white dots in the header images are supposed to show a pop-ups with text in them. Homepage (Section 2) In section 2 on the homepage, Domotica is explained and the benefits are explained as well. This part consists of 3 subpart. “Veiligheid” “Energie” and “Comfort”. One can navigate between these parts by using the buttons on the upper part of this section. Homepage (Section 3) Section 3 is meant to generate leads. One can contact Comfortica for consultancy or sales. Visitors are required to answer some questions about their interests in Domotica. After filling out the questionary, the visitor should see a message “ Bedankt voor uw aanvraag, we nemen binnen 24uur contact met u op”. Txt Template (over ons) This is a template for several pages. (for example, terms of service, disclaimer, etc) The different parts in this page are generic and consist of introduction paragraph, different styling and subpages. The website needs to be responsive.
