CoreCommerce Customized Web Design Integration

I am looking for someone who is able to take a basic logo and website design mockup I have created for an online contemporary women's apparel boutique and do the complete coding and integration into CoreCommerce (coding on all basic templates is provided in CoreCommerce for a starting point if needed). I need someone who is creative and can clean up and add professional effects to my rough concept. Ability to effectively communicate any concerns or suggestions in order to ensure a mutually beneficial product is a MUST!
