CROWD Hi Luiza - Obviously we would need to sit down and settle on your requirements, but from looking at that example web site: for a Minimum Viable Product I would suggest a ASP .NET MVC web site, hosted on Windows Azure, with Twitter bootstrap styling, Entity Framework and SQL Server backend. Membership would be handled by OAuth to allow users to log in via different methods, there would be User and Admin levels, there would be Paypal (or similar) integration, notification system for users and obviously a sturdy framework to track how users can invest and be invested in.
