Create a fully automated web-based customer relationship management system

We're looking for someone who can create and build for me a fully automated web-based customer relationship management system that allows users to easily create fully automated follow up campaigns on contacts/leads they enter or who enter themselves. We want you to use a competitior's website ([login to view URL]) as the example this new hosted software tool and website should be based on. Please note that we are looking for a TURNKEY solution, which includes the complete website design, all the software functionalities, all pre-canned autoresponder messages, admin backend based on Wordpress, developed and submitted iPhone app, etc. You would need to set the entire site, database and scripts up on our dedicated linux server. We would prfer to have this created in php with a mysql database.
