Create a simple multi language php site

Dear all expert in multi language I want to create a simple multi language php site I like see a simple multi language example from you or your site already working and will accept more easy #Multi language here mean : This site will have content for most language : Please refer list language here : [login to view URL] Great if it can work with all language #I think will using unicode encoding because it already support all language . But never seen a site prove for that . If you have any question or suggestion please let me know Thank you
