Creative Layout Genius Needed

I am looking for someone who can customize phpizabi for me. This is a simple project and will have to do mainly with layout. We need something that is extremely eye catching. We need to compete with [login to view URL] and www.hiphopviplounge. You must have access to stock photos of beautiful men and women, as well as expensive items such as mansions, swimming pools and other lush landscapes, and exotic cars. Preference will be given to those who can also do copywriting for the site (should be light work) and who can turn this project around quickly. Everyone will be able to sign up for a free membership. And, if they are found not to meet our criteria we must have a way to send them a message stating their profile will be terminated unless they pay $29.99 a month. (for example you are over 35 or the members of the site does not vote you at least an 8 on a 1-10 scale in looks) then you will have to pay. If you have applied for a previous project that I have listed, please do not apply unless that project is completed. These are all seperate projects for my different clients. If you are chosen for this project or have been chosen for another project you will not be chosen for another project that I am offering, unless the one you have won is complete first.
