I am looking for the creation of a brand new WorpPress based website. The website design needs to be clean and modern with a tableless design, SEO optimized, and easy change and maintain. The site will need around nine editable main pages with a couple of editable sub pages off of two of the main pages, along with some contact forms. All designs must work the same in ALL major browsers (i.e., Chrome, Firefox, IE 7, 8, 9, Opera and Safari). The designer must be effective communicator and willing to communicate daily on the status of the project. All designs must be UNIQUE and must NOT VIOLATE intellectual property rights of others and no use of templates. All design files, psd, html, etc must be included with the final project. When responding to this project please enclose examples of prior work.
